All roads lead to Mednogorsk

Thirty young sambists aged 9-13 years from Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Kirovgrad and Nevyansk arrived in Mednogorsk (Orenburg region), where they will spend two weeks at pre-season training camp. Staying in the local countryside health camp "Lesnaya Skazka" the children will not only enjoy sun and swimming, but also will have obligatory daily morning exercises and two-times wrestling training.

‘Mednogorsk has excellent conditions both for trainings, for rest and recovery. That's why we are sure that two weeks spent here will allow our boys and girls to get well prepared for the upcoming competitions and show good results’, says Daniil Ponomarenko, mentor of the sportsmen, one of the leading representatives of UMMC Sports Club (Verkhnyaya Pyshma), prize-winner of Russian and European Championships.
