Juniors and combat sambo wrestlers competed for prizes on the first day of the tournament
In Verkhnyaya Pyshma at UMMC Sport Arena the Youth Championship of the Sverdlovsk region and combat sambo championship were held. Based on the results of the competitions the coaching staff will determine the participants of the championship and the tournament of the Ural Federal District that will take place in the middle of December at the UMMC Sport Arena in Verkhnyaya Pyshma.
Junior sportswomen from Nizhny Tagil, Ekaterinburg and Irbit showed their worth at this competition. Among juniors the major struggle was between representatives of Verkhnyaya Pyshma and Ekaterinburg.
Combat sambo was traditionally dominated by wrestlers from Nizhny Tagil and Kachkanar.
Today we are waiting for the results of the Combat Sambo Men’s & Women’s Championship to be held in the Sverdlovsk region.
